You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!
We make returns easier
We have stopped using paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email address .
Our return policy
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus EUR 5.90 for return shipping) - according to the payment method you selected. Processing and refunding can take up to 10 working days. See our cancellation policy for more information.
What you can't return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in their original packaging. Of course, it is okay to try an item on just like you would in a store, but please do not wear any items you wish to return.
returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.
