Shipment
Our products usually arrive at your home within 1 to 3 working days . Your package will be sent free of charge and insured within Germany via DHL.
Don't worry! Our DHL couriers will contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the meantime, your package will be carefully stored in a warehouse near you.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country you want to have your order delivered to.

We offer free shipping for all orders whose delivery address is in Germany.
International orders are subject to individual delivery charges.

We at Königsketten24 believe that the jewelry is only part of the story.
That's why we package our necklaces in premium boxes that are also suitable as gift boxes. There is no separate packaging with wrapping paper or similar.
During the ordering process, you have a variety of different payment options to choose from.

Jewelry
As a rule, the silver tarnishes after a longer period of wear (this is completely normal!) *
To prevent this, we recommend protecting the piece of jewelry from moisture (showering, perfume, sweat, etc.). We also recommend using a silver cleaning cloth for the daily care of your necklace or bracelet.
You can also purchase our care products to maintain the quality of your jewelry for as long as possible.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like our staff to professionally clean your piece of jewelry after a certain period of time.

This means we can offer you top quality at top prices. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to make use of your 14-day right of return.
Officially we do not offer any sizes other than those available in the shop.
However, as a trained and experienced jeweler , we can produce any special and individual items. So if you have a request for a special chain or piece of jewelry, just contact us with your ideas at kontakt@koenigsketten24.de

Return and Refund
We offer you a 14-day return policy as long as the piece of jewelry is new and unworn.
Returns will be processed within 3 working days after receipt of the goods by Koenigsketten24.
The return costs are borne by the buyer. Therefore, you can also send it back using the shipping service of your choice.
